Experience:
Tracy qualified as a Solicitor in 1999 having previously worked in the Magistrates' Courts System for a number of years. Having been employed as a Solicitor with the firm since 1999 Tracy became a partner of the firm in 2002.
Tracy specialises in private client work which includes matters such as wills, probate, powers of attorney, administration of estates and court of protection applications. Tracy also manages the Firm's Probate Department with a team of legal advisers and support staff.
Tracy is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and also a member of Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE) which is a national association of lawyers concerned with improving the availability and delivery of specialist legal advice to older and vulnerable people and their families.
