Based at our Scarborough office, David specialises in property work with an emphasis on residential conveyancing.
Local to the area, David was born in Scarborough and began his legal career at Pearsons & Whitfields Solicitors in 1994 where he worked until the firm merged with Buchannan & White, George Cass Rylands and Marshall Edward Boyd & Tubbs in 2000 to form North Yorkshire Law.
An experienced fee earner with over 10 years working in property law David was appointed Conveyancing Manager at North Yorkshire Law in 2003 where he has worked tirelessly to maintain and improve the high level of client service throughout the Department and has established ties with both local and national estate agents.
In addition to the day to day management, David has also championed the further development of the Department, playing an important role in obtaining and retaining the Lexcel, Investors in People and Customer First accreditations.
Married to Amy Arnold, David has close ties with the Whitby and Scarborough area and has represented North Yorkshire Law at several charity events.
