We have been awarded a Legal Aid Franchise for family work which means that we can quickly offer Legal Aid where there is an urgent need. Without a Legal Aid Franchise other solicitors are not able to undertake Legal Aid cases.
The award of the Franchise may also be important to our private clients because our professional standards are audited against strict performance criteria to ensure we retain the Franchise.
